Know what you’re choosing.

What does the hosted price cover?

A hosted subscription combines your plan’s guild portal features with infrastructure operated by Guild Core. The plan cards and comparison table show the included features and limits.

What does a self-host license cover?

The license covers the Guild Core software subscription and its plan features. Your server, domain, database, storage, network costs and operation are your responsibility and are not included in the license price.

How do monthly and annual billing differ?

Monthly plans bill each month; annual plans bill each year. The switch shows the full price for the selected billing interval. Any difference comes from the published plan prices.

Where can I upgrade or manage my subscription?

Sign in to your Guild Core account to view your subscriptions and available billing actions. Review the price and terms before approving a change.

Does returning from PayPal activate my guild?

Activation waits for verified payment-provider confirmation. Your account shows the subscription and provisioning status while confirmation is pending.

Where can I review cancellation and refund terms?

The cancellation and refund policy pages show their publication status. Commercial terms must be published before subscriptions open for sale.
