Getting into your guild

I’m a guild member. Where do I sign in?

Open your guild’s own portal and use its Discord sign-in. Your guild leader manages membership and roles. You do not need a GuildCore billing account to join your guild.

I own the guild, but Discord sign-in is not working.

Sign in to your GuildCore account with the Discord identity that owns the guild. Open My guilds, choose your hosted guild and use Sign in as owner. This access stays available in your account after the guild’s Discord connection is configured.

Where do I connect Discord and set up roles?

From your guild portal, open Manager → Settings → Discord. Configure the server connection and role mapping there. Raid-Helper events and Warcraft Logs use their own integration settings.

Packages, payments and updates

My payment is pending. What should I do?

Open Billing in your account. Complete any remaining PayPal approval, then refresh the payment status. Access begins after the payment is verified. A package marked Sandbox is for testing and does not charge real money.

How do I change my package or stop renewal?

Open the subscription in your account to review its package and available controls. Eligible PayPal subscriptions offer plan changes and renewal cancellation. Stopping renewal preserves access through the verified paid period.

How do I get the latest stable release?

GuildCore manages updates for hosted guild pages. Self-hosted owners can get the stable release from Downloads in their account with an eligible license. Review the release instructions and back up the installation before updating.
